Registration is only available via the online registration form. When you submit your registration you will receive an acknowledgement email advising you of your registration reference number after successful submission. If you do not receive the acknowledgement email, it may be due to an error in your email address. Please contact the Congress Organisers if you have any queries.

Member Rates -
*Please note - only current financial CNSA Members are eligible for the Congress Discounted Member Registration Rate. If you have not renewed in 2017 go to www.cnsa.org.au, enter your username and password to login and renew.
You must be a financial member of CNSA at the time of Congress to access the Discounted Member Rate.

New Member Rates -
**Become a New Member of CNSA (only available to those who have not been a previous member) at the Discounted Member Fee of $95, that is nearly a 50% saving. Follow the steps through the Congress Registration to join. Membership will be valid from the time of registration to the 31st March 2018. You will receive a welcome email from CNSA once your membership has been created to notify you of your membership details.

Student Rates -
***A person is eligible for the student rate if they are undertaking full-time undergraduate or post-graduate studies with a stream of cancer care. Documented evidence of full time status (e.g student card or letter from University) is required upon registration and is subject to approval. (Automatically includes a student membership to CNSA). For doctoral students, a letter (signed by a supervisor) declaring the doctoral thesis has a major focus on cancer care/nursing is required.
Full Registration includes:
- Entry to Congress plenary and concurrent sessions
- Lunch, morning and afternoon teas
- Congress satchel, handbook, name badge and attendance certificate (sent electronically).
- Welcome Reception (Thursday 15 June 2017)
Day Registration includes:
- Entry to Congress plenary and concurrent sessions (on designated day only)
- Lunch, morning and afternoon teas (on designated day only)
- Congress satchel, handbook, name badge and attendance certificate (sent electronically).
Workshop Registration includes
- Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea
- name badge and attendance certificate (sent electronically).
- Any workshop materials provided by the facilitator
PAYMENT
Registrations can be paid by credit card (Visa and MasterCard are accepted). A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to all credit card payments. You can also arrange payment via electronic funds transfer. No surcharge applies to pay via EFT but payment must be received within 14 days of your registration date. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations received in writing to the Congress Organisers 45 days prior to the Congress commencement date will receive a refund less a processing fee of $120 including GST. No refund will be given after this date; however, a delegate substitution may be permitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Congress Organisers.
LIABILITY
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Cancer Nurses Society of Australia and Chilli Fox Events accept no responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegate.
DISCLAIMER
The Congress program and registration information is correct at the time of publication. However, the Organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING DISCLAIMER
During your attendance at the CNSA 2017 Congress, your image or voice may be recorded via video, photography or by any other means recorded by an official representative of the CNSA, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the CNSA. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the CNSA by emailing cnsa@chillifoxevents.com.au
INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Delegates are strongly advised to take out their own travel and medical insurance. The Organisers will not take responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
